About Starla Sireno and the Fearless Women Coop 

Starla is an executive coach, trainer and facilitator and Founder of Fearlessness Inc. (www.FearlessnessInc.com).  She is deeply committed to helping women achieve economic self-sufficiency both here in the US and abroad.  Starla’s skill as a facilitator is her ability to create an open environment and to make complex topics simple and approachable.

Starla holds a Masters in International Economics and Finance from George Washington University.  Prior to Fearlessness Inc., Starla worked for Fannie Mae, Charles Schwab Investment Management and Barclays Global Investors.  Throughout her career, she held positions in institutional portfolio management, international and domestic product marketing, product development, competitive analysis, branding, and multinational client service,

The Fearless Women Coop:

The Become a Fearless Entrepreneur Program launched in 2008.  The group’s connection and commitment to entrepreneurship was so strong that Starla offered the women the opportunity to own a piece of the program.  Eight of the women have now joined Starla and are forming a coop that will be open to all women in the program.
